Ben and Megan Olsem, married and hands-on every day, officially stepped up as Hoppe Airspray’s new owners in 2025. They carried on the Hoppe legacy through their first season this past summer, continuing the company’s focus on reliable and precise aerial application.
Founded in 1978 in Iowa, Hoppe Airspray started as a small, local operation. Today, it operates a with a variety of aircraft and experienced crew. The company has always maintained a family oriented culture, which remains a priority under Ben and Megan’s leadership. Hoppe is dedicated to supporting partners with efficient, high-quality aerial application services.
Alongside the ownership transition, Hoppe Airspray has introduced a new brand and website. The rebrand highlights the company’s ability to expand with decades of ag aviation expertise. It also reflects the company’s motto: “Built for the Field. Backed by Family.”
